Saw a case like this at Wishard once! Won't spoil it for others, but the associated buzzword is "WCP".

Findings: retrograde urethrogram demonstrates multiple areas of stricture and a large diverticulum. There is also a fistula with communication to the skin and incidental intravasation of the prostate gland.

Impression:
1. Urethrocutaneous fistula and ureteral stricture likely related to infection either Tb or GC.

Notes: this patient is on his way to having a watering can perineum.
