CECT with diffuse meningeal enhancement (predominantly basilar distribution) with associated hydrocephalus.
 
With this distribution and history, I'm most concerned for this being TB meningitis/meningoencephalitis.
 
Other things to consider would be carcinomatous meningitis and other granulomatous processes (particularly neurosarcoidosis), given the basilar predominance.
